Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users’ application-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all applications.
- Manage the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of the ERP system (Infor XA).
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users to improve application utilization.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential security issues and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand application needs and deliver streamlined, effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain documentation for all application management activities and newly implemented functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in application maintenance, support, or development.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with SQL/DB2.
- Prior experience with software QA, testing, and debugging.
- Solid technical knowledge of application management and development best practices.
- Experience using or managing ERP systems, ideally Infor XA.
- Experience scoping and planning technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and gather insights across business functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with staff at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of business processes through application enhancements.
