Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Intern to join our team for a 10-week internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a dynamic organizational environment. The intern will work closely with our accounting team to support various functions and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements and identifying trends.
• Project focused: AI tools within finance, AP Automation review, etc.
• Network Organization and File Cleanup (getting global files and reporting packs organized and housed better).
• Development of a Finance Team Quarterly Newsletter/Update
• Development/investigation of Mobile Dashboards for deployment to ELT/GLT/BOD
• Development of BOD Infographics
• A/R Deep Dive: Automation Tools, Process review, Staffing review, Recos
• Supply Chain Financing Evaluation. Full customer review, program understanding, and financial optimization given interest rates & cash flow

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
