Job Description
Under general direction, assists the Controller in the day-to-day coordination of the accounting department functions at COFAM. Makes decisions based upon a comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Duties performed are of moderate to high degree of complexity and diversity. Must be able to interpret and explain existing accounting and fiscal policies and procedures. Personally performs complex and difficult accounting and audit preparation work. Prepares a wide variety of financial reports.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in either Business or Accounting from an accredited college or university.
Work Experience: 5 years of general ledger accounting, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables experience, including two years supervising, managing, and training accounting personnel. Non-profit experience required.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid schedules typically include at least 3 days a week onsite and up to two days per week working remotely.
The annual salary range for this position is $118,000-132,000. The final offer amount within this range will be based on experience and internal equity.
